Steps to Register:

1. Complete this form and make payment.

2. Copy and paste the link below for the Grace Presbytery Participant Emergency and Release Form. Email to parents. Request that they list your email in the church leader email field so you receive a copy of the completed form. Grace Presbytery Participant Emergency and Release Form

3. Print this Gilmont Waiver and Liability Release form for each youth attending and obtain the parent's signature. Bring signed forms with you to Waves of Grace.
