Thank you for registering for KidQuake. As you register for KidQuake you will need to make sure you have contact information, emergency information, allergies, age, grade, and birthday for those you are registering. In addition you will need to know the adult sponsor and their email. Please note some response is needed in each box with an *. At the end be prepared to pay by credit card or mail a check. Remember that you will need to mail in the Approved Adult List before and have payment completed before registration confirmation is complete. Contact [email protected] with any questions.
